      - BEST culture/management ever, which motivates one to leave to seek a greener pasture (99.762% probability) - Young and fun (in the call center departments).

      Cons

      - Almost feels like Stalin's army. - Commands gets passed down the line, only. - Whole pile of rookie managers. - Terrible at managing your greatest resource: People!

      Pros

      Initially there was a delightful small company feel while working there. Everyone had a can-do, whatever it takes to get it done attitude. The company leadership took very good care of the staff.

      Cons

      The company was acquired during my tenure and things changed. Process over productivity issues began to come into play; individuals' strengths were valued less.
