      Political company with a backwards approach to Business Inexperienced HR team Poor training for new employees and existing employees Toxic atmosphere A company with very few employees that talk big Corporate No growth and future In experienced leaders in high roles that should not be there

      Pros

      Initially there was a delightful small company feel while working there. Everyone had a can-do, whatever it takes to get it done attitude. The company leadership took very good care of the staff.

      Cons

      The company was acquired during my tenure and things changed. Process over productivity issues began to come into play; individuals' strengths were valued less.
