Fantastic team and culture, most employees have been around for years.

Average salaries and some inflexibility with work hours/location.

Initially there was a delightful small company feel while working there. Everyone had a can-do, whatever it takes to get it done attitude. The company leadership took very good care of the staff.

The company was acquired during my tenure and things changed. Process over productivity issues began to come into play; individuals' strengths were valued less.
