Poor management and HR - Claims Adjuster Zurich Insurance Employee Review

Poor management skills, unprofessional management, and when HR is involved, nothing is done. There have been several complaints about one manager, with HR having been contacted several times. HR failed to do their due diligence and has ignored these complaints.
