Pros

- Very good work environment and friendly colleagues. - Stable and well-established company that offers job security. - Generally calm pace of work, low day-to-day pressure.

Cons

The company suffers from excessive bureaucracy, which makes it difficult to work efficiently. You often need to ask multiple teams who owns a specific topic, only to be redirected again and again until you finally find the right person. This is time-consuming and frustrating. There is little investment in internal talent, making it very hard to grow professionally within the company. Career progression from lower or mid-level positions is limited, and meaningful growth opportunities are rare. In my experience as an SRE, there is a high workload with low recognition, along with noticeable disorganization in task planning and prioritization. A large number of legacy systems and outdated technologies are still actively maintained, which slows down modernization efforts.
