Pros
The people, the executive leadership, the 'family' culture. Zurich provided me with a lot of 'in-role' development opportunities, but then the career growth opportunities were limited. There are some fabulous Executive Leaders who truly take their leadership responsibilities seriously.
Cons
The GI business has been in tough place, and due to ongoing cost cutting and restructuring there has been a culture of instability and low trust.
