Pros
Good work life balance. Flexible hours. Work from home if you want. Learning programs and chances to add experienced in other parts of the company. Very international.
Cons
Strategy wasn't altogether clear but getting better. Too bureaucratic and too many people on the same thing. Lack of appointing one person responsible for one specific product/project. Too many chefs in the kitchen at times.
