Pros
Great company to work for. Lots of friendly people. Top management are very approachable. You get acknowledged, when you do great work
Cons
Lack of diversity (people of colour) within all departments of the business, especially within top management. Only person of colour is the UK's CEO, which is very discouraging to see, especially when Zurich promotes themselves for being a diverse company.
