Pros
Some great people, at least within my team and teams I deal with. Benefits are okay, after tax about $300 towards health measures etc. Other stuff, like yoga, stress management & others. WFH policy is accommodative. IT is reasonable. My role is a mix up of a consultant as well as an analyst. I like the flexibility offered, once my bau work is complete, I'm free to work on other projects.
Cons
Usual corporate double-speak. Management say they want lots of wonderful things but actually being able to implement them isn't easy at all. We lost quite a few key people after Zurich acquired us (OnePath), one did come back recently though. Similar green-washing to that of other corporates. It's like they've already consigned the world to 1.5C of warming and are prepping the business for this situation.
