Pros
Zurich staff interact in a refined and respectful manner. Benefits and compensation are comparable to market or better. It's a giant company and there must be pockets of greatness.
Cons
Getting clear decisions was excruciating at Zurich. There was a lot of organizational experimentation and a lot more politics. As a result, many of the people I interacted with at Zurich seemed in it for the paycheck and not for the enterprise.
