Pros

Their value roosition is a one of a kind and is not hard to sell if you can find some lazy REALTOR who don't want to follow up on leads with a phone call.

Cons

The founder is now the CEO and doesn't care about sales people or the crew that helped Zurple become a real company. Ryan Owen pretends to listen but has his own agenda.

Not much, working remote is nice.

Cons

Management is very rude and condescending. This is not a high paying sales job and there’s nothing interesting about this job, It’s very monotonous. I dreaded having to go to work everyday. They don’t have a designated trainer it’s just managers doing the training. Red flag. The internal systems they use are very outdated, and they really aren’t investing in more systems to help sales agents improve. This company has been around for 14 years and barely has any name recognition because they don’t advertise properly. This does not help sales agents when cold calling.
