Positive place to work, hard work is acknowledged whilst having a good work / life balance whereby I can enjoy private life every evening and weekend. The company also promotes hybrid working allowing for more time during the week outside of work. The company uses 'reconnection' weeks to bring colleagues together and celebrates success and talks through you through changes happening. I feel informed / aligned with the senior management team due to consistency in presentations, presence, reconnection weeks, accessibility.
