Pros

There are no PRO's - avoid this company at all costs.

Cons

This company is a sweatshop where sales professionals are drained, mistreated and overworked. The dream is sold to you by a rather deceptive CEO, and only when you start working there do you realize the mistake you have made. The other reviews on Glassdoor I can with some confidence assure you are 100% Fake. I do not know a single member of staff that remains since I worked there. The staff turnover in this place is the highest I've even seen. Just to clarify, I left this role on my own accord within months of joining, but I was looking for a new like after the very 1st month. The Company is struggling, and being run into the ground by a poor, disconnected and bully of a CEO. There is no light at the end of the tunnel here, this is reflected by the crashing shareprice of Zutec/build data on the stock market also.

Pros

The company has a supportive and collaborative team environment where people are genuinely willing to help each other out, with good exposure to a variety of projects that helps build knowledge and confidence quickly. There are opportunities to take ownership of work and develop professionally, alongside open communication between teams and management. There’s a clear encouragement to improve processes and make better use of tools to work more efficiently, a friendly culture with approachable colleagues, and a flexible hybrid working model that offers great flexibility and supports a healthy work–life balance. Overall, the company offers a positive working environment with supportive teams and work that feels purposeful, well‑structured, and meaningful.

Cons

At times the workload can be demanding, particularly when deadlines align across multiple projects, which can make things feel fast‑paced and pressured. As the company and its processes continue to grow, ways of working can change frequently, which can sometimes lead to a lack of consistency or require regular adjustment, meaning there is often a period of adapting to new approaches or updated processes. Compensation is a key downside - salaries are on the lower side relative to the responsibilities and workload, and bonuses are not consistent year to year, which can feel demotivating given the level of effort expected. Although there is a supportive and collaborative team environment, limited time spent in the office (typically once or twice a week) can make it harder to build a strong overall culture and sense of connection across teams.

Pros

Positive experience at this company to date, enjoyed numerous roles and promise of progression has matched ambition. There is a good culture, strong collaboration within the team and across the departments. The HR team spend a lot of time nurturing this, which has resulted in employee forum feedback where everyone has a voice. It is an enjoyable place to work when in the office. Exciting growth as a business and genuinely believe in what we do for the industry. Grateful for my time at this company and remain just as motivated today as I did when I begun. The industry is in a constant state of change and I believe we continue leading the way, it requires you to be agile and creates an opportunity to keep learning. Positive place to work, hard work is acknowledged whilst having a good work / life balance whereby I can enjoy private life every evening and weekend. The company also promotes hybrid working allowing for more time during the week outside of work. The company uses 'reconnection' weeks to bring colleagues together and celebrates success and talks through you through changes happening. I feel informed / aligned with the senior management team due to consistency in presentations, presence, reconnection weeks, accessibility.

Cons

Being agile requires an open mind, as solutions / technology evolve or when new regulations impact the day to day this requires change. It can be challenging but rewarding.
