If you choose to accept responsibility, it will be given to you and you can run with it. This creates great learning opportunities where you can quickly gain experience that will accelerate your career.

1. There is a con to the workplace flexibility in that many people choose to work from home. If you are a person that prefers to go into the office often, you may not have a lot of company some days. 2, Turnover was a bit of an issue in my time there as people moved on to exciting opportunities, so a lot of time was spent trying to iron out turnover related issues and project responsibilities.

Very little micromanagement. Flexibility. Remote work. Collaborative environment.

Entirely focused on events. Compensation is low.
