      Pros

      I had the privilege to work with some of the best individual contributors in Engineering, QA, Product, and Customer Support. We released some good stuff and I remain proud of how we worked together in that time. The culture of the development teams, office management, and diversity efforts prior to 2022 have been some of the most pleasant experiences I've witnessed in my career.

      Cons

      Poor product decisions, rush for growth, and hiring made by leadership throughout my tenure with Zwift eventually resulted in multiple rounds of layoffs since 2022. With the cost cutting, many of the former diversity, inclusion, and social efforts no longer exist at the level they used to -- the internship program we had at one point was pure pleasure to witness. I genuinely hope Zwift will be able to turn around it's misfortunes -- it's a great product that deserves to continue to grow.

      Great work/life balance. Great atmosphere for learning and growing. Feeling like you have a direct impact on the product and customers.

      Cons

      Not too much I can say for the downside. I love my job.

      Primarily a remote company so this position can get slow.
