      Working at Zycus Infotech as a Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer for more than a year has been a very positive experience. The company offers a supportive, flexible and collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas and take ownership of their work. One of the biggest strengths is the leadership and management team. Managers are approachable, understanding and genuinely supportive of employee growth. The team environment is excellent, making collaboration smooth and enjoyable. The company also provides good learning opportunities, recognition for contributions and a healthy work-life balance, which was much better than I initially expected. Employees are trusted with responsibilities while still being given the flexibility to manage their work effectively. Things I appreciated the most: Supportive and approachable leadership. Strong team collaboration and positive work culture. Good work-life balance and employee recognition.

      Cons

      Continue maintaining the supportive and employee-friendly culture that makes the organization a great place to work. One area of improvement could be enhancing the canteen's interior and overall design to create a more comfortable, modern and refreshing space for employees. A well-designed cafeteria can further improve the employee experience by encouraging relaxation, informal collaboration and better engagement during breaks. Additionally, continuing to invest in learning initiatives and cross-team interactions would make the workplace even more rewarding.

      Pros

      Zycus has proven that they put the rubber to the road when it comes to investing in the technology that we offer to our prospective customers. With the foresight of what may appear to be new offerings are in fact seasoned solutions that were thought of years ago and invested in for a long period of time, specifically our AI solution. With an impression amount of capital investment, I foresee the solutions Zycus offers staying ahead of the pack and our customer base (Zycus Community) continuing to grow.

      Cons

      At times it has proven a little slow to get things from the request to approval stage however, although that is a current struggle and speaking on the US market, along with the continual investment in the technology, there appears to be substantial investment taking place the people and specifically onshore leadership!
