      Pros

      Hybrid work model – Offers flexibility with a balance of work-from-home and office collaboration. Good work environment – Supportive colleagues, collaborative teams, and a positive learning culture. Strong exposure to AI and emerging technologies – Opportunity to work with AI-driven procurement products, automation, and modern enterprise technologies. Good learning opportunities – Exposure to large-scale enterprise applications and end-to-end product development. Ownership and responsibility – Engineers often get opportunities to work across multiple modules and solve complex business problems.

      Cons

      Weekend deployments – Production deployments may occur on Saturdays or Sundays (typically around once a month), which can affect work-life balance. Occasional release pressure – During major releases, workload and deadlines can be demanding. Complex enterprise domain – Procurement and supplier management have a steep learning curve for newcomers.

      Pros

      Zycus has proven that they put the rubber to the road when it comes to investing in the technology that we offer to our prospective customers. With the foresight of what may appear to be new offerings are in fact seasoned solutions that were thought of years ago and invested in for a long period of time, specifically our AI solution. With an impression amount of capital investment, I foresee the solutions Zycus offers staying ahead of the pack and our customer base (Zycus Community) continuing to grow.

      Cons

      At times it has proven a little slow to get things from the request to approval stage however, although that is a current struggle and speaking on the US market, along with the continual investment in the technology, there appears to be substantial investment taking place the people and specifically onshore leadership!
