      Stay Away from Zycus - Business Development Executive Zycus Employee Review

      Pros

      You get your salary on time that’s it .

      Cons

      1) Pathetic work culture 2) The management doesn’t value their employees 3) Poor talent management especially of BDs 4) All their projects died except S2P and you’ll be constantly shifted from one project to the other and be seen from the lens “we’re providing you another opportunity” . Excuse me ? Your project just died . 5) They’ll make you work which ideally falls under other departments purview with no compensation or even recognition. 6) Poor pay cheque compared to competitors and year on year increment .

      Pros

      Zycus has proven that they put the rubber to the road when it comes to investing in the technology that we offer to our prospective customers. With the foresight of what may appear to be new offerings are in fact seasoned solutions that were thought of years ago and invested in for a long period of time, specifically our AI solution. With an impression amount of capital investment, I foresee the solutions Zycus offers staying ahead of the pack and our customer base (Zycus Community) continuing to grow.

      Cons

      At times it has proven a little slow to get things from the request to approval stage however, although that is a current struggle and speaking on the US market, along with the continual investment in the technology, there appears to be substantial investment taking place the people and specifically onshore leadership!
