Pros

Team Members around the office where very nice, free snacks, free coffee.

Cons

No Cubicles/Dividers, very loud for a "call center". Clients could hear others talking across the room to each other, at times with "colorful language". Management would tell you to escalate after 30 minutes of work time, after you escalate it gets tossed back to you by the higher tier tech. (They don't do their job) Then you get in trouble for working the ticket too long... No matter if you're green on the board or not, you're treated like you're in the red. Unless for some reason they like you (totally unknown) They claim you can be provided free training for more certifications by the company, and they'll reimburse you for the test, but never come through on it. $13 hr, when the average around the area is closer to $17. Not a good place to work, unless you just "NEED" the experience in the field to move on.

Pros

I have only had the pleasure of working for the National Director of Finance and I have got to say I would not want to work for anyone else in the world. She makes you feel valued and appreciated which is a rare trait nowadays.

Cons

My office companion cooks fish.

Pros

Some good people working there on the low level that have that friendly small company vibe. Maybe a good job to start in IT but turnover is probably close to 90% over one year so......you won't be staying long for good reason.

Cons

Management is very disorganized which creates upset customers and they take it out on whoever they can. The new owners don't know much about IT so their "winging it" creates a bad environment for clients and employees. They offer all the standard benefits but when you go to sign up for them you are put into a loop of questions until enrollment is over. The technology you work with is whatever makes the most profit margin so be ready to work with lots of products that don't work right and it's your fault if they don't. Mainstream enterprise stuff is far and few between (you won't likely get to work with it).
