      Pros

      Many smart people. Lots of tough problems. It was cool to work on world-class games that were part of pop culture.

      Cons

      Hard to keep faith in the leadership. Quarterly re-orgs ("pivots") sapped momentum. The company growth outpaced the management's ability to grow their own skills.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
