      Pros

      Smart people, great perks. Pre-IPO, it was a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      All games are the same, politicking here is the worst I've seen. Way too much micro-management, it's the same number-crunching across divisions at the cost of the games and the politics here is obnoxious.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
