Pros
The people, the food, the gym and in general the perks.
Cons
Difficult to move up on the chain. Depending on project it may have good or terrible PMs. Life balance can be hard. I could keep on going but in my opinion, the most important one is how unstable it is, it went in two years from 3400 or so, to 1600 employees. With layoffs being done about once per year, and being at least 15% of the workforce.
