      - Free lunch every day and free breakfast Monday and Friday. Also plenty of snacks - Everyone is very friendly and honest - Never feel pressured to work harder by peers or managers - Constant check-ins and career growth oppurtunities

      - Very money-driven, a lot of product managers focused on getting the most amount of money from players

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
