      Pros

      Lots to learn about F2P mobile gaming. PMs call all the shots

      Cons

      Only a few growing games in India. The rest are dying. Some of the GMs are not good to work with, particularly in dying or new games.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
