We're building something that can change the fashion industry in a massive, positive way. In your role, you'll be given a lot of trust and ownership to work on topics that make a difference in the company. There's good diversity within the team (women, different nationalities, etc.), and people are experienced while still being supportive and open to feedback. For fun, we have lunches together, monthly team events, Friday Trivia Nights, and Hump Day Book Club.

We're still figuring out the most effective ways of working, which can lead to minor frustrations sometimes.
