Pros

The only pros are the sweet kiddos and co-workers who genuinely care about you! And OT is awesome!

Cons

I have never felt the need to write a review until this company. I’ve never witnessed such neglect of children. No one is RBT certified and the BCBA is never here. If she is here, she’s in her office with the door shut. If you ask for help or a question she says she has another meeting. RBT’s have to open the clinic, and you never know when the BCBA will be in or if she’s coming in. Speech therapists will literally just sit in the room until their 45 min is up, and then say “bye!” No one is there incase you need help with clients or if you need to use the bathroom. The amount of loopholes in this company will make you crazy. I’ve definitely seen the dark side Of ABA being here. If you ask any questions, you will be bullied and lose hours. All higher-ups are BFFs. They will hire you “full-time” but you will never get more than 20-25 hours, if you’re lucky. Healthcare is 50% coverage. There’s cancellations and schedule changes every single day. And you will not be reimbursed/paid even if you wake up early and drive to the clinic. I really wish I never applied. It would’ve saved me so much mental and emotional abuse. These kids deserve so much more. I am scared to have kids now and send them to places like this. Please please go find a real ABA company. Please remember that anyone can make a company. This CEO has no idea what’s going on in their clinics. The Higher ups only care about making money and scamming parents/staff. They treat the RBT’s terrible and less than. I really hope these kids get real help soon.

Pros

- some staff are very nice, collaborative, and work well with the kids/adults - the kids

Cons

- Management is poor at best. Management/CEO goes through waves of being super present and then longer waves of being MIA. - They over subscribe ABA hours. Block scheduling puts most kids at 40hrs a week. Red flag! - CEO openly talks poorly about staff, clients, and families with other staff while at the clinic. - The clinics themselves are in terrible condition. 2/3 clinics have only 1-2 bathroom stalls for clients and staff to share. The walls have holes in them, paint chipping off the walls, baseboards coming off, etc. - Some staff are just not meant for the job. Whether it be for the fact that their heart isn’t in it or other reasons. Clinicians have raised concerns about behavior displayed by specific clinicians for quite a while now, yet they still work there and the concerns have not resolved!! - Some of the clinicians are great. Others make everything very compliance based. - 4 clinicians (not RBTs, but lead/professional clinicians) have announced they’re leaving within the past couple weeks. One left very abruptly, and the whole way management explained that was very sus. Many RBTs have also left. That says a lot. I could go on but that’s probably enough…
