I think the one con would be working more closely with the machines themselves for the production side of things.

The owner, James, is a great mentor and a boss who takes a genuine interest in his employees well-being and work engagement. Though MBA Team employs a small number of full time employees, it is admirably flexible and able to quickly take on bigger projects and has an impressive client list.
