Unfortunately this is a company for loud people who treat the colleagues with huge disrespect and pretend to know everything. Colleagues are seen as cost rather than contributors to the company (and they tell you this out loud in your monthly feedbacks). Very unethical in terms of business, relations and is very unfair to those who actually do work hard. Top management lacks the ability to do long term plans that is sustainable, that is why they have to change the planning once every month. They will push an unfinished product to the business developers and ask them to spend all their time and effort, will put unrealistic goals and then will change the project in a few weeks. There is no long term plan, reasoning. There is no value given to colleagues, management accepts all kind of disrespect, threats and unfortunately sexual harassment for those that are close with them. They try to cover this up by good PR.
