      Pros

      Salary on time, meal vouchers, good employee discounts.

      Cons

      Senior management doesn’t take accountability, they only care about office politics, HR is nowhere near the employees, internal promotions and movements are reserved for friends in the office and interns so that HR can achieve their bonus targets, toxic behaviors and very disappointed employees. That is why they do not provide the Employee Survey anymore, except offices.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
