Pros
I work for several years in the adidas HQ and can truly tell, that it is great pleasure to work there. Great colleagues, very open minded and easy going. People who like to do sports and have a great work life balance, this is the company to work for. In my teams, the had great leaders and managers, perfect opportunities to grow and a great team spirit
Cons
As in most global corporations, there are a lot of political driven decisions Not all teams and leaders are as great as mine were/are. HR is a real struggle, no sufficient partnering, no support for cross functional moves, not very driven and responsive. Internal moves only work via networking, no one should rely on HR
