Pros
Ask anyone at adidas and the first pro are the other employees. Second, it's a great brand with a lot of heritage. Third, it's a very exciting, cool place to work with a lot of opportunity
Cons
Can be a little too political at times, control is very centralized. Systems and processes are not a strong point
