Not good place for IT engineers - Frontend Developer adidas Employee Review

IT is a mess. Nobody cares about anything. Don't go to adidas if you are highly skilled software developer and you want to gain experience. Here you will get just mediocre skills and all those enterprise bad-practices Communication across teams is awful, one of the worst I have experienced in my life. Teams are doing just their stuff, but other teams do not care about requests from other teams. They just ignore everything unless escalated. I have lost 1 year of my career being there, if you are IT find job in tech companies.
