      A terrible place for capable competent women. Basically failing women on all fronts and roles. The company's culture and what senior managers and executives promote has minimum to do with breaking the extreme boys club culture, respect and value women more than cheer leaders needed to be around men to praise them or to make the team look diverse.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
