Pros
Awesome management, Team Leads are fully devoted to their jobs Fun environment, many co-workers become friends Plenty of different roles to play in the store (ie; Footwear Associate, Apparel Associate, Cashier, etc.)
Cons
The management has very high expectations of the associates, associates don't have much incentive due to low pay and minimal pay raises Closing up the store can keep you there for up to an hour after your shift ends Budget is mostly next to impossible to hit
