Toxic creative culture where egos speak louder than skill, experience and talent. Management is promoted and rewarded based on politics. If you aren't "in" with the right people you won't advance. Huge lack of leadership. Diversity is not truly celebrated - it is just a marketing ploy. If you think differently or challenge the status quo you are treated as a threat.
