Pros

Good no of leaves - 28PL, 12 SL and 15 Public holidays(5 flexi) Good medical insurance and upto 75k reimbursement as part of medical domiciliary Bonus is good but that too depends on company and employee performance both Pay rise is dependent upon the market standards, internal peers and budget. They may be a chance that you won't get any or very less appraisal if you are earning more than your peers.

Cons

WLB good but not in all projects specially B2B ones No proper KT in B2B projects and you will have to struggle a lot w.r.t learning the Application since everybody will be busy with their work. Learning is very less Stretching hours if you are in B2B

easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

Cons

Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
