      At the junior level it's extremely cruisy, good work life balance

      Cons

      Very very toxic leadership team, lots of in fighting between senior leadership. Highly political, leadership do not care about the company but more about protecting their own turf. Local leadership require absolute loyalty and servitude, otherwise they will throw you under the bus. VERY LOW change capability, unable and unwilling to implement any kind of change.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
