adidas provides a great deal of flexibility to its employees from "work from home" policy, flexible hours, "work from anywhere" and leaders who are accustomed to having the teams adjust to timezones. adidas also has a very extensive development platform and activations that goes from mentoring, trainings, talent programs and cross-functional development opportunities.
Cons
adidas' retention strategy is not in over-paying employees - so you can expect an average pay -but it will give you in return the "pros" mentioned before. As a German company, it also brings a lot of procedures and things that take time to happen, so patience and adjustment of your drive to make things happen also come in handy.
