      If you know how to talk about something you don`t know and you are not technical but business career track seeker - tons of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      If you are pursuing technical career track - really difficult to advance plus hard to get really good experience as almost everything which can provide real hands-on experience is outsourced.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
