Some legacy products still have a loyal customer base, and there are a few talented individuals doing their best despite the environment.

The company seems more interested in squeezing existing customers than delivering real innovation. It operates more like a private equity roll-up than a product-led software company—acquiring older tools and maximizing short-term revenue at the expense of long-term value. Leadership is one of the biggest liabilities. They do not communicate in a constructive manner at all. Bad bets are made all the time and they face zero consequences, while people who listen to them get let go. Sales is held to unattainable quotas that rarely reflect market conditions or product maturity. Strong contributors have been let go despite doing everything within their control to succeed. It’s demoralizing. The U.S. office has deteriorated significantly. Once a lively and collaborative space, it now feels empty—both physically and culturally. There’s very little sense of community. Overall, if you have a choice to go elsewhere, take it.
