Not good - Quality aircheck Employee Review

Yes you get to listen to music, but you cannot listen to it continously, because you have to show numbers at the end of the day. How many ads you titled. So you don't get to listen to music alot. Management is so biased,rude, inhuman. Day shifts is a mix of boys and girls with 3 fixed breaks and 1 off. Night shift is only boys 4 fixed breaks and 2 offs. Y this biasedness? 2nd shift gets over at 11pm. Centralized drop to stations. So no home drop for women. Girls staying far like Colaba, Dombivali and virar have to travel alone by trains. Supervisors do not have a good command over languages be it Hindi or English. Very casual. Dress code and ethics is third class. Colleagues treat each other worse than kindergarten kids. There are times when you have to stay back with no extra pay. No growth and no awards if you don't respect the management.
