Pros
Positively high attrition rate. Company is growing like crazy. LOTS of overtime if you want it and decent flexibility when you don’t. Definitely a great position. Start out with 3 weeks vacay, like 10 to 11 holidays off or work and incentives like floating holiday or double time and half pay. They provide all tools brand new, they provide a van that you take home after 9 months (current policy). I’ve been with company almost 9 months and probably will stay here for the duration of my work career.
Cons
Sometimes too much work and not good enough work life balance, but again hard to pick out the cons.
