A lot of challenges, shifting to a digital company and a great company to learn and grow. There is a mix of generations with bright young people and older people who have a great experience.
Cons
A lot of conflitcs, outdated management practice, standardized policies to serve all areas from the distribution center to a technology area and there is no balance between work and personal life.
