Good name to put in your resume. Informality, amout of knowledge (available and obtained). Empowerment in practice (most of the time), you are supposed to be owner of your stuff.
Cons
Awful HR (no job structure, no feedback). Lack of transparency to apply for bonuses. You don't get paid as owner of stuff.
