Pros

Good benefits, global organization. Work from home possibilities. Casual environment. Pay is standard but raises are less than standard. Harder you work, more work gets piled on you.

Cons

Micromanaging galore. Management personnel in wrong positions. They constantly micromanage and question everything you do. There's a certain click and they constantly bad mouth employees and each other. Constant backstabbing and favoritism. Management back stabs one another and plays one against the other. Used to be very hollow turnover but has gotten much worse due to the changes in management. Several key members of management are very unprofessional and use derogatory remarks towards other employees. Unethical Behavior.

Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

Cons

Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
