      Great benefit package and nice work campus

      Cons

      opportunities are given either to those who are "yes" man or know the right people. This is true specially in the purchasing and production groups. Very political and the path to progress depends on who you know and not what you can do! It almost felt like US congress about how progress is made in one's career!! And of course if you are German, then you are on the path to any jobs you want, and again this is especially true in purchasing organization stemming from the top leadership position... Sky is the limit! And never disagree in public or private with the top dogs.. Career killer approach, no matter how correct you are about your professional point of view.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
