Flexibility concerning working hours and location is a huge pro for me, especially as I'm studying and working at the same time. The employees and owners are all friendly and easy to get along with. Going for drinks together after work is always fun. And the yearly getaway is also a great idea (although I haven't been able to participate yet).

There's no office, so if you like having an official workplace to go to every day, you're out of luck. Also, stepping into already established projects can be a bit confusing at times, but help is usually available as long as you're willing to ask.
