3yOur generous 401K matching is detailed during new hire onboarding, is outlined in the handbook that each person is provided and is accessible on our one drive (24/7 access). If you did not receive this briefing, a handbook or access to our onedrive, please let me know. We did pause 401K matching during Covid to avoid furloughs, layoffs and salary cuts as we wanted to keep our team employed during difficult market conditions, but it was quickly reinstated.
Our commission structure is based on the entire deal (not split between sales and recruiting) and is one of the strongest commission plans in the industry, it is also defined and outlined during the interview process and after starting. We value everyone’s input and contribution and offer several paths for recruiters, promotions include: team lead, account lead, senior and principal recruiter (based on individual interests and strengths). We also strive to have an open and transparent environment comprised of entrepreneurial individuals with various backgrounds and our hiring decisions are blind of ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, gender or nationality. Owners want each team member to succeed, as you will see from many reviews.
