Good work environment , flexibility good people

Summer Fridays for a few months but enjoying those with all the work incidents is cumbersome.

The company used to be great but I no longer get the direction from management. AI is great when there is direction. New projects are great when there is direction. Priorities are great when every single thing an IT leader escalates does not turn into another priority. A majority of the leaders have lost their way unfortunately. Setting manageable goals would help way more than sending a culture book full of more work to get done.
