Theres no pros at all. Trust. If you love to overwork, here's the right place. If you've applied, think twice. Im writing this for the better. Do not get attracted by the salary, there's a reason for it.

Top management does not care about you, they just want to get work done asap. Unpaid ot even during weekends. Highly toxic environment. Everyone loves to blame. Something's wrong with their hiring, they hire unprofessional leads. Every role in this company is unhappy with the job. Never in my life have joined a toxic company as this
