This is a scam all of it 90 percent of the clients are unemployable and can't stay in a job they don't care all they care about is making claims on them , staff are forced to be morally corrupt to achieve unattainable KPIs you aren't paid for what they expect the pressure they put on you is abuse ppl don't stay.
